Hey! I’m James, a UX/UI designer focused on solving complex problems and delivering meaningful digital experiences.
Contributing across the entire product lifecycle, I specialise in early-stage discovery work. By blending behavioural design and systems thinking, I help teams validate ideas and translate research into designs that truly resonate.
Before moving into product design, I spent eight years as an account director at leading ad agencies in London, Berlin, and New York, where I sharpened my creative judgement and storytelling skills. That experience also gave me a strong commercial focus and helped me grow into a clear, confident communicator and collaborator.
I’m currently building The Elements — a new kind of digital wellbeing and media literacy product that helps young people understand the hidden ways digital platforms affect their mental health and confidence.
